The training
The Heart of Yoga
This is a YACEP® Yoga training on the history and philosophy of yoga – Yoga is a science that explores the inner phenomena of perception and the mysteries of existence, always with the aim of finding and cultivating freedom.
The history of yoga is shrouded in legend and often romanticized. In this training, we journey to the heroic origins of yoga, the vibrant and radiant Tantra, and the ascetic classical Hatha Yoga. We bridge the gap to the present, illuminating the heart of yoga and how it can enrich and beautify our lives today.
This yoga training is designed for both advanced practitioners and beginners and qualifies as a YACEP® 30h – YOGA ALLIANCE continuing education program.
