Matsya Yoga in the Wachau Valley
Our Kundalini and Hatha yoga retreat center offering certified yoga teacher trainings in the heart of the Wachau region.
The Wachau is a stunning area stretching approximately 20 km along the Danube. It is full of ancient history, castles, beaches, untouched nature and vineyards. It is an area of natural beauty and fertile land.
We have created a new home for ourselves and you in the Wachau, right in the centre of Rossatz-Arnsdorf. It is just five minutes away from the Danube beaches and right next to the vineyards.
A river is always a symbol of life: it carries things along with it and then takes them away again. Ultimately, it merges with the ocean. Just as life is our friend, so too should the Danube be.
Here, by the river, we want to delve even deeper into yoga and explore life's mysteries. There are plenty of places to stay overnight, a beautiful yoga room and a courtyard in which to relax. And of course, there is the forest, the Danube, the hills and the sky.

Trainings Wachau
A Venue for our Yoga Teacher Training Programs
Our training courses are taking place since spring 2026 in our beautiful center in the Wachau. We also offer classes three times a week - more about them at the link below.
Depending on your availability, it is also possible to combine our teacher trainigs in the Wachau with the courses on weekends in Vienna.
In Rossatz-Arnsdorf, we also offer the option of staying overnight during our intensive training sessions. Classes are held from Wednesday through Sunday.
Apartments
We have three beautiful apartments for our students, as well as for travelers passing through the Wachau region.
All three apartments can accommodate up to four people. Each features a kitchen, a private bathroom, and a small but charming library.
If you enroll in our 26-day or 42-day yoga teacher training program—especially the intensive format—accommodations are free of charge. Accommodations are also included in the price for our Journey Through the Chakras program and any other YACEP course.
