This means that we offer our 200h yoga teacher training in such a way that anyone can take part in the training, regardless of whether they are working or have a family commitment.
We offer many training modules multiple times a year. Participants have the opportunity to come whenever they can until all the necessary lessons and subjects have been completed. This allows us to adapt the training to the needs of our participants without compromising on quality. The groups are small, which increases the quality as well.
We all have our tasks, children or jobs. Our goal is to work with your schedule.
Language:
The courses are generally held in German and English. However, as some texts are only available in English, a basic knowledge of English is recommended.
Certification, costs and ONLINE participation:
After successfully completing the training, you will also receive a YOGA ALLIANCE RYT®200 diploma from us, which certifies the skills you have acquired. The training costs 2400 Euros, which includes all training materials.
We strive to offer the same quality and depth in our ONLINE courses as we do in our face-to-face courses. You can start a course online and, if you wish, finish it on site.
The course fees for online and on-site training are identical.

What is Hatha and Kundalini Yoga?
A powerful yoga
Our training in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga is not a “mélange” of two different styles, but a discovery of the original, powerful Hatha Yoga, which is similar to today’s Kundalini Yoga.
In our original Hatha Yoga, we aim to discover the spiritual power inherent in all beings, this force of consciousness is Kundalini. Kundalini is understood as the key to personal growth on the individual level and social growth on the collective level. Kundalini is also the key to spiritual evolution according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
This is why the original Hatha Yoga uses a variety of breathing techniques such as Bhastrika and Kapalabhati. It is rich in mudras and dynamic exercises, but also understands the cultivation of the beauty of static postures. The original Hatha Yoga is a matriarchal cult that worships the goddess Kundalini in her embodied form in the human being and wants to awaken this power behind every positive development.
When we teach Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, we teach exactly that: a system of integral yoga that draws on the richness of its sources, honors them and turns to them. Here we find a variety of techniques – sound yoga, mudras, breathing techniques and beautiful asanas in dynamic and static form.
After completing this training, you will be able to create inspiring yoga classes for a variety of people: Series aimed at older people, dynamic practices for younger practitioners, powerful static classes and sessions that explore meditation, sound and breath.
Our yoga conveys the living richness of traditions.

What is special about this training?
Highest quality
In our yoga teacher training course, it is important to us to impart content of the highest quality to our students. We immerse ourselves in the practice, but also in the rich theory of yoga. Competence and spiritual growth are our goal. When our own practice is built on a foundation of insight and competence, we can evolve, articulate what we create and enrich the world around us.
The world needs courageous and inspirational teachers like you.
Philosophy and history
Our program is based on a solid foundation of deep yoga practice, but unlike other trainings, we also delve into the philosophical and spiritual roots of yoga. During the training we explore the traditional texts of yoga, the tantras of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga and the radiant heart that resides within them. We look forward to sharing these ancient secrets with you.
Our training follows the long tradition of yoga that goes back to Satyananda and the tantric lineage of Laksmanjoo. We integrate the beauty and power of Hatha Yoga with the energy and passion of Kundalini Yoga. Ultimately, however, the core of our school is simply the heart, your most important teacher.
Our yoga teacher trainings are internationally oriented, with course materials and classes taught in English to connect people from all over the world and learn together. A basic knowledge of English is therefore an advantage, but we also support our students in German.

Each of the four modules concludes with a simple self-reflection test.
1st Module - History and philosophy of Kundalini & Hatha Yoga
In the first module, we read the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita and the Ishavasya Upanishad and delve into the foundations of the philosophy of yoga. What is yoga, is the real question, and what does yoga mean for us today?
We look at how modern Hatha Yoga developed from the ancient Tantric traditions and which spiritual and historical milestones were involved.
2nd Module - Yogic anatomy, chakras, koshas, prana, western anatomy
In this second module we discover the inner world of yoga, a world of vision and magic. We travel to the tantras and read the Sat Chakra Nirupana, we learn exercises to travel the inner worlds, discover sound as the goddess, the levels of individual perception of reality, the koshas, prana as the flow of life and also western anatomy
3rd Module - class organization, didactics, asana, kriya
In this third module we look at the art of teaching yoga, the design and structure of classes and the didactics embedded in them. We learn how a class can find a natural flow and how everyone can develop their talents in the expression of yoga.
We discover the Pavanmuktasana, Sukshma Vyayam, important 42 Asanas and Kriyas.
4th Module - Bandha, Mudra, Pranyama, Mediatation
In this fourth module we read the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Goraksha Shataka, both texts dealing with Kundalini Yoga and basic techniques such as bandha and mudra and the breathing techniques of yoga. Exams and quality
Authenticity
In our academy, we attach great importance to ensuring that every student has ample opportunity to teach and learn how to apply yoga in practice (minimum 2x per training). This gives you the opportunity to receive feedback and experience your own talents in action.
The trainer will help you identify ways to improve, but above all to help you identify your own intrinsic talents. These talents will help you to find your personal style and will therefore create authentic ways to express yourself and convey your soul.
– Whatever you then do will be great.
(Easy) Examinations
Every week we give out simple tests that you can complete in your free time. The purpose of these tests is to help you integrate your knowledge and reflect on your experiences. This is important because everything you express sinks deeper and what you verbalize becomes clear to you.
