Jahrhundert in einer H\u00f6hle in Goa die geheimen Lehren des Tantra praktizierte.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Kaula Tantra war durchdrungen von <strong>Kundalini, der G\u00f6ttin<\/strong>, die als Kraft der Seele verstanden wird. Sie strebt danach, das Unendliche im Endlichen zu verk\u00f6rpern \u2013 das <strong>Universelle im menschlichen K\u00f6rper lebendig werden zu lassen<\/strong>. Tantra und Kundalini Yoga sind daher die Kunst, das g\u00f6ttliche Ideal in der menschlichen Erfahrung zu verwirklichen.<\/p>\n<p>Matsyendra hatte einen Sch\u00fcler, Goraksha Natha, der die reiche, mantrendurchdrungene Praxis des Tantra vereinfachte und ein klareres System schuf. In diesem blieb Kundalini zentral, jedoch wurde das komplexe tantrische Ritual durch die rein k\u00f6rperliche Praxis des Hatha Yoga ersetzt.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Unsere Praxis heute<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wir unterrichten dieses klassische Yoga und entdecken Kundalini an der Quelle unserer Praxis neu. Damit bereichern wir die Techniken des Hatha Yoga. Im Kundalini Yoga hei\u00dft es, dass der Atem die Seele des physischen K\u00f6rpers ist \u2013 solange der Atem den K\u00f6rper begleitet, ist dieser voller Leben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kapalabhati \u2013 Der Atem des leuchtenden Sch\u00e4dels<\/strong><br \/>Kapalabhati ist eine Reinigungstechnik und geh\u00f6rt zu den <em>Sat Karmas<\/em> des klassischen Hatha Yoga. Bei dieser Technik wird der Nabel mit der Ausatmung ruckartig nach innen gezogen, w\u00e4hrend er bei der Einatmung entspannt zur\u00fcckf\u00e4llt. Kapalabhati erhellt das Wesen und reinigt den vitalen Teil deines Seins, die <em>Pranamaya Kosha<\/em>. Sie ist eine grundlegende Technik im modernen Kundalini Yoga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bhastrika \u2013 Der Atem des Schmieds<\/strong><br \/>Bhastrika ist der kraftvolle Atem, der dem Blasebalg eines Schmieds \u00e4hnelt. Dabei wird Luft mit gro\u00dfer Intensit\u00e4t und gleicherma\u00dfen tief und schnell ein- und ausgeatmet. Diese Technik erzeugt ein inneres Feuer und st\u00e4rkt das <em>Prana<\/em>. Im Gegensatz zu Kapalabhati, das prim\u00e4r reinigend wirkt, vergr\u00f6\u00dfert Bhastrika die Kraft des eigenen Lebensatems.<\/p>\n<p>Wie jedes Feuer muss auch Bhastrika achtsam praktiziert werden. Es ist die Verehrung der G\u00f6ttin in Form von Klang, <em>Sabda Brahman<\/em>. Die Praxis von Brahmari ist zug\u00e4nglich, sanft und ausdehnend. Im Summen kann der Geist loslassen, wie in einem Ozean aus Honig.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn der Geist losl\u00e4sst, findet man jenseits davon Sch\u00f6nheit und Freiheit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bija \u2013 Die Samenkl\u00e4nge<\/strong><br \/>Unser Yoga ehrt die alte Tradition des <em>Bija Nyasa<\/em>, wie sie im Tantra und Kundalini Yoga immer eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Dabei werden Kl\u00e4nge in den K\u00f6rper gelegt und lassen ihn von innen heraus vibrieren. Das bedeutet, dass der Geist letztlich selbst Mantra ist. Unser Denken und Antizipieren sind wie ein st\u00e4ndiges inneres Wiederholen des Mantras unseres Lebens. So wie unser Geist das Leben erschafft, das wir erleben, so formt auch das Mantra, das darin schwingt, seine Wirklichkeit.<\/p>\n<p>In unserer Schule entdecken wir die wundersch\u00f6nen Mantras unserer Tradition und des Tantras. Statische Haltungen erfordern sowohl Kraft als auch Flexibilit\u00e4t und sind eher f\u00fcr fortgeschrittene Praktizierende geeignet. In unserer Schule unterrichten wir 43 grundlegende Haltungen, mit denen sich jede wundersch\u00f6ne Yogaklassen gestalten l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich besprechen wir die f\u00fcnf Chakren Kriyas unserer Linie, die speziell f\u00fcr die Energien der Chakren entwickelt wurden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamische Positionen<\/strong><br \/>Die dynamischen Positionen sind oft zug\u00e4nglicher als die statischen, da sie es erm\u00f6glichen, Verk\u00fcrzungen auszugleichen und k\u00f6rperlichen Schw\u00e4chen auszuweichen. Sie sind besonders geeignet f\u00fcr jene, deren Geist unruhig ist, da die dynamische Form der \u00dcbung die bewegte Energie des Geistes aufnimmt und sie im \u201eFeuer\u201c der \u00dcbung transformiert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pavanmuktasana<\/strong><br \/>In unseren Ausbildungen unterrichten wir drei grundlegende dynamische Serien, die die Basis f\u00fcr wundersch\u00f6ne Yogaklassen bilden.
